I have not gotten to the magic list or abilities just yet. Been pretty busy lately. To answer the question though yes you can use music as a magic ability or skill, though what effects your looking for in this ability you may have your own ideas for. Would you mind explaining what you want your music to do?

The ability to put someone to sleep, to heal minor to medium wounds, to control emotions ( those who are week willed) cable to grow plants on earth grounds.( will put in char discrip too)

Sounds good to me so far Lily, just make sure you think about everything you want your music to do later on as well. If something comes to you later while the rp is going on, just begin your training for that ability and be realistic on a time frame it would take you to learn it.
